DELIVERIES To the FOREIGN COUNTRIES

For the deliveries to foreign countries we use the mail REGISTERED LETTER. The rates established from the Italian Mail are the followings.

Up to 1 kg of weight the expense is:
-  € 8,50 for Europe and the Mediterranean river basin,
-  € 11,50 for Africa, Asia and Americas,
-  € 14,50 for Oceania.

Exceeding the 1 Kg of weight, shipment expenses became higher proportionally overweight.

DELIVERIES IN ITALY

Videociak will send by the "Executive" courier from 1° the May 2005. The delivery will be done in 24 hours from the confirmation of the order by email (3/4 days for the islands).
The courier will deliver the package the day after the email notification; if the delivery does not succeed, it will be sent a second (and last) warning and carried out the following day.
On www.excetuvivegroup.com you will find "Executive" phone numbers in order to contact the courier of your zone, in order to arrange a new delivery before the package is sent back to the sender (Videociak).
If the payment option is national ordinary Money order, postal money account and Bank money account, there is only one rate of € 6,30 per order.
If the payment option is "contrassegno" , there is only one € 8,95 rate.

ATTENTION!! In any case, if your order exceeds € 80, shipment expenses are completely free!
We remind to you that, during yours purchases, the Total includes shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: It’s possible to demand the ordinary shipment (Italian mail SDA), instead of the shipment with courier, simply marking it in the notes of the order.
